Imposter Syndrome
Have you ever experienced that little voice inside your head that is telling you are in the wrong place? That you aren’t good enough to be there? That you don’t deserve everything you have achieved? That some how you managed to fake it right into Vet school?
That little voice has the name of Imposter Syndrome, and you aren’t alone! In fact around 70% of veterinary professionals will experience Imposter Syndrome at some point in their career. Sometimes though, Imposter Syndrome can be hard to identify and hard to work through. It isn’t always easy convincing yourself that you are the deserving legend you actually are. Below are some resources that can help you to understand Imposter Syndrome and work through overcoming your own experience with this feeling.
